Formed in Rome in late 2014 as a Palm Desert–influenced desert/stoner rock band, the group quickly became one of the most active and recognized acts in the local scene. Their first EP, Ourselves, released in February 2016, received positive feedback also beyond national borders. Extensive live activity and a long writing phase led to a marked sonic evolution, embracing a heavier, dustier sound enriched with psych influences and distinctive, hypnotic dual vocal lines. 2026, January marks the release of the new LP The Rival, which shifts the focus from self-dialogue to the experience of contemporaneity, observing how pressures and constraints often generate forms of self-antagonism that lead to unhappiness. The album unfolds as a heterogeneous musical narrative, moving across multiple shades of stoner and heavy psych.
