DJ Sedatophobia is a Deep House / Tech House project of Niek Schokkenbroek from the Netherlands who is currently residing in Lebanon. DJ Sedatophobia’s debut album ‘Nova Maris’ gained support by Joseph Capriati, Anderson Noise, Robert Owens, Horse Meat Disco, Paco Osuna, AEONIX, Affani, Markantonio, Darbinyan, Andi Durrant and Paul C & Paolo Martini, to name a few. Several of his productions, which have been released on several labels, were featured in Beatport Top 100 charts for Deep House, Tech House and Electronica. After a career as an officer in the Dutch military service, both the Royal Netherlands Navy (RNLN) and Royal Netherlands Air Force (RNLAF), this unique arrangement came fully into being in 2015. Though DJ Sedatophobia started performing in the Netherlands and abroad in 2012. The name Sedatophobia is a reference to the Latin term for an irrational fear of silence. Consequently he started his own imprint named Compulsive Movement Records as of late 2016. All of his tracks and mixes are melodious in essence, making you move before you actually realize it - it is compulsive, remember? He bases his melodies on the passion for music of several genres - the drive, the focus, the energy - all combined to unleash creativity and navigate the momentary, fiery, impetuous fervor into the enduring elements of calm and deep. La Bolada (Rafaela, Santa Fe) es un ensamble de música folklórica latinoamericana que fusiona tradición y actualidad, con una propuesta que convoca a la fiesta popular para todo público y en todo lugar. Con más de 10 años de trayectoria, interpretan tanto obras populares del cancionero folklórico latinoamericano como composiciones propias. Su formación actual incluye: voz, guitarras, bandoneón, charango, bajo, percusión y vientos. En el año 2019 lanzaron su primer álbum titulado "La bolada". En el año 2024 lanzaron su segundo álbum titulado "La bolada, 10 años" grabado en vivo, en octubre de 2023, en el Cine Belgrano de la ciudad de Rafaela.
Extreme Measures is UConn's premier gender-inclusive A Cappella group. “ExM” was formed in 2004 by Andre Santiago and Tim Russell, a couple of guys with a love for music. Having performed at various universities, high school workshops, and other events across North America, ExM prides themselves on having an expansive taste in music, complex in-house arrangements, a passion for performing with high vocal energy, and has grown into a professional group of talented individuals who share the same love for music as their founders. ExM has recorded three full length albums, an EP, and multiple singles, appearing on “Voices Only” 2024, 2022, and 2021. Additionally, ExM was featured on the Recorded A Cappella Review Board’s “2024 Tracks of the Year” list, and are a 2025 CARA Award Nominee for “Best R&B Song”.
