Silvestre Júnior Gongo Gonçalves, conhecido como Man Tchu, é um rapper angolano nascido em 24 de julho de 1999, em Kuito, Bié. Leva o coração de Angola para o mundo através do hip hop, usando a música como forma de resistência, identidade e expressão. Filho de Clotilde Cristina Gongo e Francisco Júnior Domingos Gonçalves, cresceu num ambiente familiar artístico, influenciado pelo pai cineasta, o que despertou sua conexão natural com a arte. Começou a carreira como bailarino de kuduro (2008‑2009), mas em 2011, ao regressar a Luanda, apaixonou‑se pelo hip hop, inspirado por nomes como Abdiel, NGA, Prodigio, e grupos como Kalibrados e Army Squad. Em 2015 gravou a primeira faixa, “Conexão”, no Huambo, ao lado de Bruno Arquiteto, destacando‑se em batalhas de rap e conquistando o título de campeão numa liga escolar com o alter ego El Gringo Loco. Radicado em Lisboa, passou a assinar como Man Tchu em homenagem ao pai e consolidou-se como artista completo, lançando os EPs “Miopia”, “Why Not” e “It’s Happening”, além do single “When I Die”. O videoclipe de “Miopia” superou 10 mil visualizações no YouTube, confirmando o seu crescimento como uma das vozes promissoras da nova geração do hip hop angolano. Produtor, compositor e intérprete, também usa os nomes Gringo TFS, AC MC, Alves Gonçalves e El Gringo Loco, unindo introspeção, resiliência e experimentação sonora numa visão artística de alcance global.
