The Norwegian melodic power metal outfit Eldkling, consists of Magne Langsholt, Morten Nicolaysen, Tom Wormfield and Bart Teeuwsen. Originally comprised of two metal-loving buddies (M&M). Their first attempt of making music, based around a common love of various things metal, resulted in the Ravenlord project. Having only released the demo Supremacy of Time, the duo felt that they had some unfinished business. Trying to breathe life into some of their old material, and some new ideas, the debut album The End of Eternity came to life. After its release in February 2023 the duo started work on new music. The goal was to create a more cohesive musical statement while keeping true to their roots. The result is the album Scenes of the Deranged released June 2024. In 2025 they were joined by Tom (guitar/vocals) and Bart (bass), in order to form a live lineup while working on their 3rd album, Nine Evils. Eldkling has had a few guests on their releases. Childhood friend Erik E from the solo projects Ene and Weh. Classically trained vocalist Anette Gulbrandsen and Magne’s brother Henning (of Ravenlord).
Nina Bearfoot is a French singer-songwriter based somewhere between Denmark and the Netherlands. Her music sits between indie and folk with a rock twist, always in the middle, never in the right place. The atmosphere is bright and tormented, and irony is the glue that sometimes holds these dimensions together.
