In less than two years since their first album, New Spoons have played over 40 shows in four different countries, including major festivals such as Seaside in Spiez and the renowned Bern club Gasskessel. In 2025, two new singles were released, which were played on various radio stations. In April 2026, a new EP will be released, once again showcasing the band's versatility. It reflects an honest picture of today's world in six songs recorded live with a retro flair. The band's music is characterized by a unique blend of rock, pop, and alternative.

As a classical guitarist, Timothy has played in opera pits and in orchestras, as well as developing a solo career through competitions and showcases. As a songwriter, Timothy’s first two folk records garnered great success across New England. And now in Twelve Songs from Seven Rooms there is a synthesis of these two worlds. Timothy’s music is marked by intricate guitar work and part writing as well as his imaginative lyrics.
