I don’t just make albums — I build sagas. Each release under Synthia Solace is part of a bigger narrative: grief, glamour, survival, collapse. Born in Texas and now creating out of Kansas City, I write albums like confessions. Trap, pop, soul, glam — whatever it takes to tell the story. Some tracks are medical breakdowns. Some are heartbreak elegies. Others are bratty delusions dressed in glitter. Every project is part of my world — what I call the Cathedral — where grief meets melody and survival becomes a song. I make music for the ones who don’t feel seen. For the people crying on the bathroom floor. For the ones smiling through things no one should have to survive. My songs are for you — the kind of songs you play when life won’t hold you, so music has to. My projects include concept albums like “Cassiopeia: Love Me” (spoiled starlet glam trap), “Nightmare Before Love” (holiday horror heartbreak), “The C Word” (cancer & grief), and many more across the Grief & Solace Records discography. Nicolás Gámez es un destacado bajista eléctrico colombiano, reconocido por su versatilidad y trayectoria en la escena del jazz y otros géneros musicales. Formado en la Pontificia Universidad Javeriana y actualmente en la Universidad Sergio Arboleda, ha participado en algunos de los festivales más importantes del país, como Estéreo Picnic, Jazz al Parque, Rock al Parque y Cordilleras, colaborando con artistas de diversos estilos. En su carrera discográfica, Nicolás ha lanzado varias producciones, destacándose "Regreso a Casa" (2022) y un segundo disco "Augurio" grabado en 2023 junto a músicos como Marco Tovar, Juan Felipe Calderón, Juan David Mojica, Felipe Silva y Nico Moreno. Además, en 2024, forma parte del cuarteto Oyres, liderado por el saxofonista Antonio Arnedo, con quienes grabó una producción discográfica en Medellín, proyectada para lanzarse en 2025. Ha representado a Colombia en escenarios internacionales junto a la agrupación Colectivo Colombia, como el India International Folk Festival en 2024, y ha realizado importantes presentaciones en Cuba durante la feria musical Cubadisco. Su proyección artística continúa en 2025, cuando presentará la música de su segundo disco en distintas ciudades del país, como parte del programa Jóvenes Intérpretes del Banco de la República, del cual ha sido ganador en dos ocasiones. Con una sólida formación y un estilo propio, Nicolás Gámez se posiciona como una de las figuras emergentes del jazz en Colombia.
