A heart that turns poetry into melody. I fall in love with words, feelings, and the music that gives them a home.
With 14K streams in the first week of a new album, Mark the Shark has seemingly taken the world by storm with their album, The Last OG, which features Snoop Dogg, Juvenile, KRS-One & Kool G Rap. Drawing influence from artists like Eazy E, Bone-Thugz-N-Harmony, Litefoot, Snotty Nose Rez Kids; mixing a rural upbringing with a choppy flow and inspiring lyrics. Listeners have made comparisons to Yung Gravy, Justin Moore, Demun Jones and Chris Webby. “I’m just trying to be a positive light in a not so positive world” says the Indiana rapper. “Be unapologetically yourself. That’s all you can do”
