Dreamytime Escorts are a paisley-flavoured, electric garage rock band based in Sussex. Formed in 2012, as a side project of Americana band Caramel Jack, Dreamytime Escorts are the Jack’s scuzzier, speed-freak cousins. In a hyper-networked era of ultra HD the Escorts are unfashionably super 8, under-bothered and very hard to get hold of.....a strumming and jangling celebration of beat band culture from the 60s all the way through to the present day.
Empty Rooms is the solo offshoot of Oui Legionnaires' Chris Townsend. He takes the raw and frantic sound they're known for and adds his own spin into a perfectly formed indie punk package. With influences ranging from the folk americana of Bright Eyes to styles of the 80s Seattle hardcore movement and smashing them together to create something refreshing and simultaneously familiar yet unique.
