The REBELS are a rock band from Turin, Italy, founded in 2021 by vocalist and guitarist Orso Simoni and drummer Edoardo Boccafogli. In 2026, the band released its debut album, To Break In Case Of Fire, an independent record written and recorded after years of playing together, writing songs and figuring things out as they went. Produced almost entirely by the band themselves, the album reflects the DIY approach that has defined The REBELS from the beginning. The story started while Orso and Edoardo were still in middle school. What began as a couple of friends playing classic rock covers soon turned into a band focused on writing original music. Over the years, The REBELS released a series of homemade EPs and singles, played school shows, local gigs and music contests, and slowly built their own catalog of songs. The road has included lineup changes, plenty of trial and error, and the loss of the band's original Spotify profile in October 2025, which resulted in the removal of their entire catalog and the creation of the new profile they use today. Today, The REBELS are focused on taking the next step. With new professionally recorded material on the way, plans for more live shows, and the goal of reaching a wider audience beyond their local scene, the band is continuing to build on everything they've learned since 2021.
