Artists: John Eberhard

John Eberhard is releasing a CD of original music, “One Lifetime is Not Enough,” along with releasing the first single entitled “Home Tonight” on streaming services on September 8, 2023. John does all the vocals on the CD, and plays all instruments (keyboards, drums), except for solos. Featured soloists on the CD include world-famous saxophonist Eric Marienthal, world-famous guitarist Frank Gambale, as well as musicians Mitch Talevi (guitar), Larry Williams (guitar), Rex Perry (synthesizer), and Kurt Belshaw (guitar). The CD’s 12 songs are pop-rock with a heavy jazz influence, similar to Steely Dan, Michael Franks, Sting, Al Jarreau, and Blood Sweat and Tears. John grew up in the Midwest, attended Berklee College of Music, and has played drums and sung in bands throughout Ohio, New England, and southern California. Asked why he waited until late in his career to release a CD of original music, John stated “After attending Berklee and majoring in arranging and composition, I was able to write music pretty much right away. But writing lyrics was another matter. For whatever reason, I felt like I was finally able to write lyrics that I was happy with starting in the last few years. Perhaps more life experience made that easier. Then when COVID hit, I had some extra time on my hands and started putting the CD together. My goal has been to have compelling music, compelling lyrics that tell a story, and a pro level production.”

Artists: Louis Fido

Louis Fido is a versatile Afro-pop artist and songwriter. His Afro-pop genre is a fusion of reggae, hip hop, RnB and Fuji. These influences combine to create a unique new-age Afro-pop genre which he has come to name "Afro-Dynamic." The young and versatile artist, who is of Lagos, Nigerian descent, was raised as a child in the Ogba community. This community is a widely known hood in Lagos due to the prevalence of positive social and youthful intrigues. The name Louis Fido was coined from two elements: the prefix, Louis, was inspired by King Louis XIV of the French Empire, known for his dogged war efforts. The suffix, Fido, a name given to him by his eldest sister, who compared him to the old 7-Up mascot Fido Dido because of his skinny look and hairstyle. Recently, Louis Fido unleashed a brand-new release titled “No Love.” He started off his music journey as a teenage choir boy in his family church. He later on graduated to being a backup artist for a couple of live bands singing at events. Louis Fido’s source of inspiration can be traced back to God (his number one mentor), his experiences in life and experiences he has witnessed in the lives of others. Fido enjoys feeding the minds of his listeners with hope, joy and knowledge. He believes everyone is a born a king or queen with expectations of all and sundry to have the opportunity to live life as royals.
