The Prodigal is a christian artist who wants to help others who have lost their way or need a little more encouragement for their monday mornings. The Prodigal came back to Jesus in 2017, after years of darkness and battling severe mental illness. He tried to take his life 5 times and God saved him every time. It was clear he was here for a purpose. Years later, Jesus Christ healed him of every diagnoses he was given and more! He now lives free of all mental bondage and diseases! He’s been established in music for 18 years. From song writing to producing, shaping other artists albums, ghost writing and mentoring artists in America and the UK. He used to make secular music but has surrendered his gifts to God! He comes from the Midwest and although he’s lived in many places, he holds onto the original East coast sound. He enjoys southern R&B and trap sounds as well. He loves the use of real instruments in his music. His lyrics are ones of hope, honesty and conviction as he shares pieces of his own story to give courage and boldness to the world.
